Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses across the United Kingdom, including:

  • England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland

  • Mainland UK

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
 

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • During busy periods (e.g. sales, holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer, but we aim to keep delays to a minimum.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details (if available).

Couriers We Use

We work with trusted UK delivery partners including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri (Hermes), and ParcelForce depending on your location.
 

Tracking Your Order

If your delivery method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. You can track your delivery through the courier’s website or your account dashboard on our site.
 

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may leave a calling card or send a notification.

  • You may be able to reschedule delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot or pickup point.

  • Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts may incur additional re-shipping fees.
     

Delays or Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at wedgeceramics@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate and liaise with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If items are missing or arrive damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wedgeceramics@gmail.com

  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
